-: The CEKI works to enhance understanding of mental and physical health and the prolongation of a high quality of life by forming partnerships to design and implement model programs and methods; providing continuing leadership to guide individuals and organizations in implementing model programs and methods; and communicating knowledge broadly to individual and organizational decision makers.

-: The CEKI believes that the power of human organizations derives from the strength generated by relationships – and connections – between people, and that effective resolutions to the problems faced in human health will depend on people’s ability to foster rich and sustained links among individuals, both within and across traditional boundaries.
