-: DSS administers Title I and II of the Ryan White CARE Act and the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP).
-: Title I provides emergency grant funding to eligible metropolitan areas nationwide who have reported more than 2,000 cumulative AIDS cases during the past five years and a population of at least 500,000.
-: Title II provides grant funding to all States and United States territories to develop, improve, and expand healthcare and support services for low-income, medically underserved individuals and families affected by the HIV disease.
-: DSS also administers ADAP, funded under Title II of the Ryan White CARE Act, to provide medications for the treatment of HIV.
