-: The goal of the General Internal Medicine Fellowship program is to train future leaders in academic primary care.

-: The General Internal Medicine Fellowship offers a choice of emphasis in: epidemiology, health services research, geriatrics, nutrition, or health education.

-: Each fellow is assigned to a research advisor and a mentor within the Columbia University’s Division of General Medicine who monitors overall progress of the fellow and their research.
