Side Effects Of Hexigel Mouththroat 15 Gm
Nausea stomach upset skin rash acute toxicity

my doctor pescribed this product (chlorhexidine gluconate gel) together with antibiotics for a large mouth ulcer and asked me to rub it on and leave it. However on the tube it says ‘Do not swallow this medicine’ and I can’t rub it on the ulcer and leave it there without swallowing it .. the ulcer is right at the back of the mouth, just where the throat begins, so the gel will automatically slide down the throat after just a few minutes whether I want it to or not .. Should I use it or not?? .. PS the ulcer seems to be getting worse, it was getting better two days ago but yesterday looked very red and the entire back part of the mouth, as well as the uvula, has turned red too ..
