-: PCPC serves and represents manufacturers and distributors of finished products in the cosmetic, toiletry, and fragrance industry; and suppliers of ingredients, raw materials, packaging, services, and media used in the production and marketing of finished products.

-: PCPC represents the industry’s interests at the local, state, national, and international levels, promoting voluntary industry self-regulation and reasonable governmental requirements that support the health of consumers.
