-: The UCLA/RAND Doctoral Training Program is designed to provide training and experience to a select group of doctoral and post-doctoral fellows in the field of health services research.

-: Fellows, in turn, are expected to pursue a career in the field of health services research.

-: Fellows in the doctoral training program pursue a PhD degree in one of three departments at the University of California, Los Angeles: Health Services, Epidemiology, or Sociology.
