-: Operating in a primary partnership with Stanford University School of Medicine, CHCE is an applied health services research center composed of experts trained in health services, health economics, epidemiology, public health, evaluation research, social psychology, medical sociology, and biostatistics.
-: CHCE seeks to develop new knowledge in four areas: organization and delivery of healthcare services; diagnostic assessment, screening, and clinical decisionmaking; process and outcome of treatment for substance use and psychiatric disorders; and healthcare evaluation methodology.
