-: The EI Clearinghouse’s mission is to make available state-of-the-art library and information resources related to early childhood intervention to the citizens of Illinois.
-: Services are provided to families with children aged younger than three years old who have an identifiable developmental delay of 30 percent or more or a physician’s diagnosis of a physical or mental delay.
-: Once a child is determined to be eligible to services, the EI Clearinghouse determines the best services needed and guides the family through the process of finding the necessary care.
