-: The IPPC mission is to be one of the leading research and extension organizations nationally and internationally in integrated pest and production management systems, working to improve agricultural sustainability and food security in Oregon, the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
-: The IPPC staff deliver certification programs for pesticide applicators and develop and deliver tools, services, research and education programs.
-: Programs enhance national and international biosecurity through the deployment of pest risk assessment tools; through the development of environmental and human health risk assessment procedures and analyses; and through the development of advanced crop risk assessment tools for potential environmental impacts.
-: This work is conducted in conjunction with stakeholders in Oregon and the Pacific Northwest.
