-: As such, NJCAA’s programs are designed to meet the needs of a diverse group of student-athletes who come from both traditional and non-traditional backgrounds and whose purpose in selecting a junior college may be as varied as their experiences before attending college.
-: Given this perspective, the NJCAA accepts responsibility by seeking to provide a competitive environment that is free from drug and substance use and abuse in any form for the purpose of facilitating or enhancing athletic performance by any athlete engaged in competition that is either sponsored or sanctioned by the NJCAA.
