-: The WSHRC enforces the Law Against Discrimination and works to prevent and eliminate discrimination by investigating human rights complaints and providing education and training opportunities throughout the state.
-: Under state law, the WSHRC can investigate complaints of alleged discrimination in the following areas: employment; housing and real estate; places of public accommodation; credit and insurance; and employer retaliation.
