-: Variety evaluations are conducted on wheat, oats and alfalfa.

-: A number of studies have been conducted: on the effects of soil compaction; on weed control; on several aspects of herbicide and weed management; on reduced rate technology, split applications, and herbicide combinations; on effects of insecticide compounds on corn and alfalfa; and on productivity and profitability of the pork industry.
