-: Whitman Walker Health’s mission is to be the highest quality, culturally competent community health center serving greater Washington’s diverse urban community, including individuals who face barriers to accessing care, and with a special expertise in lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered (LGBT) people and HIV care.
-: Established by and for the gay and lesbian community, Whitman Walker Health is comprised of diverse volunteers and staff who provide or facilitate the delivery of high quality, comprehensive, accessible health care and community services.
